Super Hero LEGOs For Your Little Super Hero

BOOM! POW! ZAP! Are your children in training to become super heroes? Are you making capes out of towels, building villain’s lairs out of pillows, or discussing how people can fly? Epic battles between heroes and villains have captured children’s imaginations for generations. What superheroes do your children love the most? LEGO building sets provide an opportunity to act out their scenes from their favorite stories, or, build their own superhero world.
LEGO® JUNIORS delivers fun, age-appropriate building sets with easy-to-follow building instructions, colorful photos and playful guidance to help to ensure a smooth transition to independent building. Quick start elements and modular bricks, such as walls and archways, facilitate easy builds—giving children out-of-the-box success. Storytelling and creative play is inspired by a variety of iconic themes.

We received two sets of Superhero LEGO's to review. They both squealed with delight when they came in the mail. They love LEGO's!
The first set is called the Hulk Buster Smash.

This set is for ages 7-14, so it was a bit more challenging for my 5 year old boys. They put the Hulk together and the smaller characters, but we are still working on ironman.
Here's the description of this set from LEGO:
Hulk has been trapped by the powers of Scarlet Witch and she is ready to fire an electrical bolt if he tries to escape! Place Iron Man in the cockpit of the humungous Hulk Buster suit and rush to the rescue. On the way you must fend off aerial attacks from the flying Ultron Prime. Adjust the Hulk Buster’s arms and legs to create fearsome battle poses and grab the villain with the powerful hands. With Ultron Prime safely in the mech’s grip, attach Iron Man to his Super Jumper. Then take out Scarlet Witch with an accurate jump and free the imprisoned Hulk! Includes 3 minifigures with assorted weapons and accessories: Iron Man, Ultron Prime and Scarlet Witch, plus a Hulk figure.

LEGO Systems offers three distinct age-appropriate superhero product lines for kids to engage with beloved characters and story lines. Regardless of whether your child is new to building with LEGO bricks or a budding master builder, there is a product for every age and stage.
LEGO® Juniors – give your 4-7-year-old all the fun, familiar LEGO play themes with sets that are just the right fit for their building skills.
The boys really got into the LEGO Juniors set called Spider-Man Hideout
This set was easy to build for them and they loved the different vehicles.
Here is description of this set from LEGO.
Help Marvel’s Spider-Man™ defend his hideout from the evil Green Goblin! First put together the Easy to Build hideout, then jump into action as Green Goblin pelts it with pumpkin bombs from his air glider. Launch Spider-Man’s helicopter and use the web thrower to stop him. Then bring in the police officer on his motorbike to help out Spider-Man™. Designed for an easy start with the LEGO® brick, LEGO Juniors sets come with easy instructions and quick start elements to get the play started sooner.Includes 3 minifigures: Spider-Man, Green Goblin and a police officer.
This set came as shown above and was super easy to build.
They loved being able to build their own toys! And I loved that it kept them off of their electronics for a good while.
As children play, they grow confident in their ability to bring stories and ideas to life. LEGO® Super Heroes is a perfect way to introduce the entire family to the land of make-believe & open-ended play. With something for every age, you are never too young or too much of an adult to build your own version of a superhero with LEGO bricks.

I was selected for this opportunity as a member of Clever Girls and the content and opinions expressed here are all my own.

  1. This Lego set looks really cool. I'm probably too old to play with them now, but this set looks something that the little one's in the family would really enjoy.

  2. Lego is the fundamental for the children to teach about the various options one can have in any situation. Good to see your children making good things from them.
